When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. That's it.

We use your email to send you updates about Voxa Agents, including early access invitations and product announcements. We use Loops (loops.so) to manage and send these emails.
4. Third Parties
Your email address is shared with Loops, our email platform, solely for the purpose of sending you communications you signed up for. Loops does not use your data for any other purpose. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.
5. Your Rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. To request deletion of your data, email us at [email protected] and we will remove you within 30 days.
6. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely by Loops. As a BC-based company, we comply with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and applicable Canadian federal privacy law (PIPEDA).
7. Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with an updated date.
